Ship Carrier of Choice JunFac uses International Mail Service (Airmail by Korea Post) for shipping all
standard online merchandise as the shipper service of choice for their excellent customer service, fast
and efficient delivery, and affordable rates.
No orders are processed or shipped on Saturdays,Sundays and Korean National Holidays. All orders are
processed upon receipt. Actual shipping time is contingent upon availability of merchandise and credit
verification. Orders are shipped within 3 business days of receipt from Seoul, Korea (South Korea-
ROK) -- packages are delivered within 7~16 business days. If an item(s) is out of stock , a Sales
representative will contact you.
A valid daytime phone number, e-mail address or fax number is required by Airmail for delivery
purposes. It is also necessary so that we can contact you regarding any delays or problems with your
order. Orders without a valid daytime phone number , e-mail address or fax number cannot be
processed. We cannot ship to Post Office boxes or military addresses (APOs) Airmail by Korea Post is an international postal Mail Service offered by postal-administration
members of the Universal Postal Union (UPU). The UPU, a specialized agency of the United Nations,
promotes the harmonization and development of postal services worldwide. The Airmail by Korea
Post service is available in over 180 countries and territories in the world, where postal
administrations dispatch and receive items (documents or merchandise). Airmail by Korea Post is an
end-to-end express service. Shipping Charges We automatically calculate the shipping cost of all your items based on the Country &
State/Province/Region you've entered on the 'Shipping Information' form. Oversized products may
incur higher shipping costs. For International orders the customer will be responsible for any customs
fees or import duties imposed by the your country's customs officials. We have no way to pre-pay or
predict those fees and you are responsible for all VAT, Duty or Brokerage charges that may be
applicable to that country. If an overseas package is refused for any reason, the customer is
responsible for the additional shipping charges incurred by the Airmail shipping carrier. Addressing Errors Addressing errors, such wrong Ship To address or typo in address information, as supplied by the
customer will incur a returning fee if the order is already shipped or the package needs to be returned
by Airmail. Shipments can be delayed minimum 30 days if there is an addressing error or the package
needs to be returned. Delivery time guarantee is void in the event of an addressing error.
Cancel Order / Exchange / Refund Guide Our shipping mall abides by the consumer act.
Orders can be canceled by clicking on Cancel menu from Order/Ship menubar in Mymail.
When the wire transfer is not received within a certain period of time, the order will be automatically
canceled. All canceled orders with wire transfer payment options will be refunded to the respectable financial institution.
If the product you received is not of your order or if it is a wrong item, we will refund you 100%
including the shipping charge. However, all returns must be reported within 14 days of your order.
If there is nothing wrong with it the product, and you want to exchange with another item we will do
so only if we receive your request within 7 days of your order.
However, please understand that you maybe charged a certain fee pertaining to your exchange.
Items must be in an original and resalable condition, with all components.
