Paypal: If you're not already a PayPal member, signing up for PayPal is easy! We accept Paypal payments for orders paid with international issued credit cards online through PayPal's secure server system. Please pay cho78@korea.com and remember that we ship only to the Paypal Members with verified shipping address on the account. E-Checks will delay shipping until the check Clears. Normal paypal payments will ship ASAP.

Wire Transfers: Many of our international customers prefer to pay via wire transfer in US Dollars. Wire Transfer is a safe and convenient alternative to credit cards.
In fact, it is safer, since no one can intercept your personal access numbers and misuse your credit card. Remember Include additional $15.00-$20.00 for wire transfer to cover bank fees unless the bank tells you different. To order via wire transfer, please first submit your completed order / shipping information for Instructions and your bank name, bank account number. (please email cho78@korea.com)

Shipping Methods:
We know that whenever someone purchases an item on-line, they are anxious for the part to arrive. We ship 99% of our parts out either the same day we receive payment, or the next business day. (Sorry, we do not ship on weekends). We use several different shipping methods depending on your needs and how much you paid in shipping. If you need a specific form of shipping, please E-mail us for new shipping charges.
The transit time of your package once we ship it is listed below:

Registered Air Mail: Averages 9-16 day delivery within the International country. The post office does not guarantee a specific delivery date on Registered Air Mail.
Express Mail: Guaranteed delivery times - Overnight to most areas, 3-7day delivery to some areas. (cutoff times apply)

Lost Packages: It is rare that a package is lost, but it does occasionally happen. The Postal Service will not let us declare a package lost until 30 days after mailing. This allows time for stray packages to be delivered. Because of this, any packages mailed via the postal service will not be considered lost until 30 days have passed. At that point, we will issue either a refund or replacement to you while we file a claim with the post office. KOREA POST lets us files claims earlier depending on the type of service used.

Damaged Packages: If the item you receive has been damaged in transit, please notify us immediately so we can file a claim with the delivery service. Please save all the packaging materials as they will be needed for inspection by the delivering carrier.
